Summary
Our collaboration with SWM focused on introducing and establishing SWM as a competitive and innovative automotive brand in the Turkish market. This work leveraged SWM's unique blend of Italian design and Chinese R&D capabilities to position it as a brand offering fast, reliable, and value-driven transportation solutions. Working closely with Başer Otomotiv, one of SWM's first dealers in Turkey, we orchestrated a comprehensive brand launch strategy. Our primary objectives were to create market awareness, generate demand for SWM products, and establish a strong brand presence across various marketing channels and campaigns.
Challenges
Launching a new automotive brand in the competitive Turkish market presented several challenges. We needed to differentiate SWM from established competitors by highlighting its unique heritage. Educating consumers about SWM's value proposition and diverse product range was crucial, as was building trust in a relatively unknown brand. We also faced the task of creating a cohesive brand identity that would resonate with Turkish consumers while maintaining SWM's global essence. Additionally, we had to develop effective marketing strategies to reach and engage potential customers across different segments, all while working within the constraints of launching a new brand.

Our solution centered on brand launch and market penetration. We began by crafting a visually striking brand identity that celebrated SWM's heritage, using a color palette and design elements that evoked both Italian flair and Chinese innovation. This identity was consistently applied across all touchpoints, from dealership environments to digital platforms. Our graphic design team created a suite of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and digital assets, that emphasized SWM's unique selling points through bold typography and dynamic imagery. In physical spaces, we designed branded displays using custom plexiglass products that could be easily installed in dealerships and at automotive events, creating eye-catching product showcases. Our motion graphics team developed content for digital spaces and social media, ensuring SWM had a strong presence on online platforms.
Throughout the campaign, we employed data-driven design iterations, refining our visual strategies based on consumer engagement metrics. This comprehensive, design-centric approach successfully introduced SWM to the Turkish market, establishing it as an innovative and value-driven automotive brand.
